Official Contest Rules: Submissions are due by 12:00 A.M. (C.S.T.) on March 31st, 2010. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the official rules. Prize winners will be selected on or about April 15th, 2010 from among eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail, email, or phone. Prizes will be delivered to verified winners. The decision of the judge(s) is final. Limit one prize per family. Employees and immediate family members of Brunswick Corp. and Life Fitness (collectively "Sponsor"), are not eligible to win prizes. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Each winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/ publicity release within 10 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. I hereby release and discharge for myself, and my heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, Life Fitness and Brunswick Corporation from any and all claims and demands arising out of, or in connection with, the use of my name, signature, image, likeness, story and voice, including, without limitation, any and all claims of libel or invasion of privacy.
